Our clients are typically high performers over 35 who want sustainable results without crash diets or generic workouts. Many have nagging injuries, bloating, or have plateaued despite doing "everything right."

Question 3: What makes ResetU different?

We combine biomechanical corrections, functional nutrition, and accountability — all customized to your unique body. We don’t guess. We assess your posture, movement, digestion, energy, and more to build a system that works for your lifestyle and biology.

MEAL PLANS & NUTRITION

Question 1: What kind of nutrition plans do you offer?

We design high-protein, anti-inflammatory meal plans that match your body’s needs and preferences. Our team takes into account food sensitivities, time constraints, and whether you shop at places like Costco or eat on the go.

Question 2: Are your plans low-carb or keto?

Not by default. We use a phase-based approach — sometimes low-carb, sometimes moderate — based on your symptoms, blood sugar, and gut function. You won’t be starving or guessing.

Question 3: Do you work with vegetarians, dairy-free, or picky eaters?

Yes. Every plan is customized — including for vegetarians, carnivores, or people with complex dietary needs (autoimmune, thyroid, etc.).

TRAINING & APP USAGE

Question 1: How do I access my workouts and meal plans?

Everything is delivered through the ResetU app. You’ll get access to your training calendar, meal plans, habit tracking, video lessons, and chat support.

Question 2: Can I track pain, energy, or digestion in the app?

Yes. We use custom trackers and habits (e.g., pain scale 1–10, bowel movements, energy levels) so our coaches can monitor your progress and adjust protocols in real time.

Question 3: What if I travel or don’t have access to a gym?

No problem. We’ll design bodyweight or hotel-gym workouts as needed. Flexibility and real-life sustainability are key to our system.

ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT

Question 1: Do I get a personal coach?

Yes. Every client works with our coaching team, which includes movement specialists, nutrition experts, and licensed professionals like DPTs and CNPs. You’ll also have access to our private community and support group.

Question 2: How often do I check in?

You’ll check in weekly through the app, plus have daily access to us via direct messaging with your coaches. Live coaching calls, progress reviews, and Q&As are built into your program.

Question 3: What if I fall off track?

That’s expected — and we plan for it. Our system is built to catch you when life happens. We’ll adjust your plan and help you rebound without shame or confusion.

RESULTS & GUARANTEES

Question 1: How fast will I see results?

Most clients notice pain relief, reduced bloating, and visible body changes in 2–3 weeks. Deeper transformations (weight loss, muscle building, hormonal balance) typically occur over 12–16 weeks.
