" The past few years, I’ve struggled with not recognizing the person staring back at me in the mirror. Poor eating habits and choosing the quick, easy options had taken their toll.
That’s when I found ResetU through my friend Katherine. What immediately stood out was their personalized focus on improving how your body functions — not just a temporary fix, but real, sustainable change through healthy eating and movement.
I’ll be honest, I was nervous about committing to a 30-day challenge right in the middle of graduation season and birthday parties. But I went for it — and even convinced Brad to join me. 😜

Fast forward 30 days: I’ve lost 13 pounds, gained confidence, and built healthier habits that I’m excited to continue.

"I used to feel like shit most days. My biggest struggles were the nightly drinking of beers as a routine and late night snacking like it was a hobby.
I remember thinking, I can still do most of the things I want to do and eat what I want because my job/house projects keep me physically active enough. But I wasn’t happy with the body I resided in. I felt like I was stuck because I fell into the routine of life as a parent, which focuses on convenience, efficiency, and trying to find the comforts of life in whatever time is left. Self-care was an afterthought.
Seeing the results of Katherine Gittemeier and what she did with ResetU was a huge motivation to Brooke and I.
Brooke was convinced on joining and asked me if I would join with her. Being a supportive husband and cook of the house, I figured signing up and having accountability might be the jump start I needed.
30 days later, zero alcohol, pretty much meat and veggies, some exercise and no late night snacking.. the results spoke for themselves

"Had an amazing 30 days. Was out of town for most of it helping my mother with her home and her rehab. But even on the road living out of a suitcase I did my bands and stretches/mat work. And utilizing the clean eating habits I have acquired with my time with Reset U. I was still able get thinner, drop some weight, and get stronger while away for home for 16 days straight and then another 3 days weekend.

"I used to feel sluggish, tired after minimal workout, not purposeful in my workouts. My biggest struggles were time management and focus.
I remember thinking this was just another attempt of a fitness program. I felt like I was stuck because they were always too complicated or to time consuming.

“I used to feel like turning 48 and never really being “athletic” I could never have the low body fat %, be “ripped” etc. My biggest struggles were I thought I knew what was good food vs bad food and thought I was doing good with what I was putting in my body.
I remember thinking “I’m sick of these personal trainers tell me I have to order all these supplements, and basically turn fitness/health into a full time job”. I felt like I was stuck because I had done Crossfit (which worked for awhile, then I started hurting myself, I got not one but two different online trainer programs, I got an in person trainer, and nothing worked.
Then I found ResetU. What stood out to me was both of my friends and their transformations.
Even though I was nervous about the cost and I had doubts because I felt I had tried everything, I committed in March 2024 and got amazing results however…I wanted MORE so I started the Summer Shred Challenge.
The first week was easy and fun, I started to notice the weight leave quickly.
By week two, I felt like I wasn’t doing enough and I wasn’t loosing anymore. BUT I got with Glenn & Ross and we dug in, made a few tweaks, and week 3 & 4…I did really good without losing my mind!
The biggest change I saw wasn’t just physical — it was mental.”
30 days later, I’ve just missed my goal BUT I feel great and finally can focus on maintaining my health and fitness again.
I’m proud of my accomplishments, and I hope this inspires someone else who’s been struggling like I was.

"TBH, I wasn't even going to post because I realized at the beginning of the weekend that I was going to likely finish where I started...and I wasn't willing to sacrifice my weekend to drop another lb or 2 in water weight.
I had fun plans to go out, and I've been feeling pretty burnt out lately after a lot of life stress. This challenge started 2 days before my birthday when I had a trip to wine country planned--so that weekend was all about drinking wine and eating great food, which I enjoyed, but I came back like 5 lbs heavier. So it's always hard to start a Challenge from that place.
But what ended up happening was I stayed steady--and if I hadn't done the challenge, I likely would have just gained weight over the past stressful month. Glenn made me realize on my last call that that's still a WIN!
So still here posting and after my past weekend of decadence, I'm gonna get right back on my normal fitness and nutrition plan.
